Zach Finley, a member of the Dawsonville Racers and Swim Atlanta, recently returned from the Best Of Preps ceremony in Chattanooga, Tenn. While at the event, Finley was able to meet his favorite swimmer - Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps.
